Amazon’s tablet has just been released for three months and the Kindle Fire vs iPad debate is just starting but fans are already speculating for the next iteration of the product. The Kindle Fire can be judged as successful but would a second one be successful as well? It would if it will have the following improvements.

We know that the Kindle Fire is primarily a reader but it would be great if it can play sounds more clearly. Listening to music using the Fire is almost impossible as the speakers are very weak. The Kindle Fire also does not have a microphone, making it useless for video chat apps.

Another thing that Amazon could add to the Kindle Fire 2 is a slot for a memory card. It would be nice if you can go beyond the Fire’s internal memory.

And then there’s the name of the next tablet. Would it be the “Kindle Fire 2?” Or will Amazon use a naming convention based on elements? Does Kindle Water sound OK?
